20% transferrable deposit on all off-peak bookings, 72 hours notice must be given in order for your deposit to be transferred to a new date. Less than 72 hours deposit will be non refundable and non transferrable. We try to be as fair as possible. We hate turning furry customers away when we are busy but at the same time we get sad with last minute cancellations we cant fill back up.
Non refundable deposit- of 50% of the booking is required for bookings over Easter, Summer and Christmas/ New year holidays. We take the deposit 4 weeks prior to the booking. These dates are our busiest of the year and we get fully booked in advance.
As an independent solely run business we try to be as flexible as we can.
